Online Enrollment Info for '24-25

Forms for the 24-25 school year will be available after the rollover later in the summer.
Please check back in July.
Students new to the Byng District can call a school office for Pre-registration information.
 
 
 
 
Online Enrollment Directions

Byng Public Schools is pleased to present online enrollment for all students. The online student enrollment forms
are designed to provide a faster and more convenient way for parents to pre-register their child into the Byng School system.
 
*For parents without access to a computer or unable to access the internet,
each school has computers or Chromebooks available that you can use on-site.
 
To get started with the correct set of instructions, please carefully choose from the following :

EVEN AFTER FILLING OUT THE ONLINE PORTION, STUDENTS MUST STILL ATTEND ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION ON ONE OF THE DATES BELOW:

Please start the enrollment process online in July before attending:

TUESDAY, AUG 1ST – ALL SITES 12PM – 7PM

WEDNESDAY, AUG 2ND – ALL SITES 9AM – 2PM

 

*** ALL STUDENTS NEED CURRENT PROOF OF RESIDENCE

(UTILITY BILL, RENTAL AGREEMENT OR PURCHASE AGREEMENT).  ***

UTILITY BILL MUST BE WATER, GAS OR ELECTRIC.  CELL PHONE BILLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

IMMUNIZATION INFORMATION

For school enrollment, a parent or guardian shall provide one of the following:

1) current, up-to-date immunization records: or

2) a completed and signed exemption form.

According to Oklahoma School Immunization law, all children must present upon school entry a certified immunization record indicating the date and type of immunization received or must present proof that such child is in the process of receiving the required immunizations. The State Board of Health prescribes the immunization requirements and the frequency of their administration. Exemptions to the law may be granted in accordance with the state law and State Health Department requirements.
